In addition to his time working with clients through Visser Consulting, Ron also founded Beyond Compliance Inc., a software solution enabling clients to efficiently manage and track their compliance obligations.
Ron’s expertise has been focused on working with clients to identify and organize their compliance obligations into fit-for-purpose compliance programs; aligning the programs with the size and stage of the organization, and helping to implement and train the organization in their compliance requirements.

Visser Consulting was formed in 1995 providing regulatory consulting services to the western Canadian upstream oil and gas market through. Visser expanded their services and team throughout their 20 year history, adding expertise in waste management, safety, emergency response planning, and pipeline compliance programs.
Visser Consulting was acquired by Deloitte in 2014, adding to the breadth of services that the Deloitte Risk Advisory provided to the Canadian market. These services were delivered through the Visser Deloitte market offering.
